Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
• Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs

• Standard Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
• In-Store Pickup: Available for all orders at no additional cost. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to addresses within the continental U.S. only.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Haasz Performance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate a claim.

We accept the following payment methods:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included components, manuals, and accessories.
• Any item that has been used, installed, or modified in any way is non-returnable.
• Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical components (e.g., wiring, ECUs, programmers).
• Custom or special-order items.
• Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use.

Return Process

1. Return Authorization (RA):
   • Customers must email Haasz Performance at Sale@HaaszPerformance.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any product back.
   • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
2. Shipping:
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Haasz Performance error.
   • Returns must be shipped to the address provided during the RA process, and a tracking number must be included.
   • We recommend insuring your return shipment as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fee

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify Haasz Performance within 48 hours of delivery.
• We may request photos of the damage or defect and the original packaging to process the claim.
• Haasz Performance will arrange a replacement or refund for verified claims.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
