Shipping

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
  • In-Store Pickup: Available for all orders at no additional cost. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the continental U.S. only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Haasz Performance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate a claim.
