All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Standard Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
In-Store Pickup: Available for all orders at no additional cost. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the continental U.S. only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Haasz Performance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate a claim.
